He has been active in the field of education for over 10 years. He is the Honorary Director of the Qarshi Presidential School, a recipient of the Shuhrat Medal, and the founder of several projects, including Global Education, Olimpiadalar.uz, essay-checker.ai, and others.

Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Iqtidor International School.
