Governance and Leadership at Iqtidor xalqaro maktabi reflect our commitment to integrity, transparency and thoughtful direction. Our leadership team and Board of Advisors work in partnership to ensure that every decision supports the school’s mission to nurture talent and build a great future.
Iqtidor xalqaro maktabi is guided by a five-member Board of Advisors representing the fields of education, business, and youth development.
The Board provides strategic oversight, ensures accountability, and advises the school’s leadership on matters of long-term vision and sustainability.
The Board convenes four times each academic year. After each meeting, a summary of key discussions and decisions is published to maintain transparency and community trust.

Leadership
Iqtidor’s daily leadership is shared among three directors whose roles balance the operational and academic life of the school:
- Sardor Sodiqov, General Director –Determines the school's overall strategic direction, brand development, expansion, ensuring financial and organizational stability, and managing work related to partnerships and investment attraction.
- Michele Gaddy, Academic Director – Leads curriculum design, teaching and learning innovation, and professional development, ensuring that the school’s programs remain aligned with its mission and educational philosophy. Besides, organizes the educational process in the school based on international standards, continuously improving the quality of education, developing the competence of teachers, and forming the school's academic strategy.
- Akmal Abdimuminov, Executive Director – Oversees administration, facilities, admissions, and community relations, ensuring that the school runs smoothly and efficiently. Organizes the school's daily activities, managing staff work, controlling process quality, and ensuring effective communication with parents.
Together, the General, Executive and Academic Directors serve as equal partners in advancing the school’s purpose: nurturing every child’s talent toward a great future.
