Language and Curriculum

Language of Instruction

At Iqtidor xalqaro maktabi, the primary language of instruction is Uzbek.
This is a conscious and proud choice — a celebration of the beauty, depth, and expressive power of our national language. We believe that children think best in the language of their heart, and that a confident command of Uzbek forms the foundation for all later learning.
Russian and English are taught as foreign languages, ensuring that our students grow as multilingual thinkers able to connect with both their heritage and the wider world.

Curriculum

Our curriculum is rooted in the National Curriculum of Uzbekistan, forming a solid academic base in mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts.
To this foundation, Iqtidor adds extended hours and enrichment in five key areas:
  • Language – deep literacy and expression across Uzbek, Russian, and English
  • Mathematics – logical reasoning and problem-solving
  • Character – daily practice of ethical reflection and social responsibility
  • Humanities – history, geography, philosophy, and culture as pathways to understanding the human story
  • Aesthetics – developing a refined sense of beauty, harmony, and creative appreciation through art, music, yoga movements, and personal expression
We believe that the humanities are essential to the development of every child’s potential. They nurture empathy, imagination, and judgment — the qualities that turn knowledge into wisdom and talent into contribution.
