- Requirements:
- Education: Relevant higher education in Pedagogy.
- Age range: 25-40 years.
- Experience: Prior experience working with primary school students.

- Responsibility, discipline, and honesty.
- A willingness to learn, sincerity, and openness.
- Professsional skills:
- Knowledge and application of modern pedagogical methods.

- Working with children through love and understanding, not punishment.
- Psychological readiness : Ability to approach each student individually and handle stress.
