  • Requirements:
    • Educational background: Completed higher education or an equivalent diploma in psychology.
    • Age range: 25-40 years.
    • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with children.

    • Professional skills:

    • Problem-solving: Ability to address issues related to students’ stress, adaptation difficulties, or academic motivation.
    • Psychological prevention: Implement preventative work to avoid negative behaviors.
    • Regular observation and analysis of students’ psychological well-being.
    • Identifying and addressing problems related to adaptation and learning motivation.
    • Conducting individual and group sessions to address stress and emotional concerns.
    • Promoting students’ social skills and communication abilities.
    • Participation in solving students’ academic and behavioral problems in collaboration with parents and teachers.
    • Maintaining psychological records and preparing reports.
    • Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of information gathered during psychological consultations.
    • Legal knowledge: Familiarity with child rights and regulations related to psychological practice.
    • Innovation: Applying modern psychological methods and technologies.
    • Training and activities: Organizing social skills training and engaging activities for students.
    • Knowledge of legal norms: Understanding relevant normative documents and regulations in working with children.
