- Requirements:
- Education: A higher education degree or an equivalent diploma in music.
- Age range: 25-40 years.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working with children.
- Personal qualities:
- A deep understanding of children's psychology and a genuine love for working with them.
- Strong ethical and moral values.
- Responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
- Curiosity, sincerity, and openness to learning.
- Professional skills:
- Academic qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in music education, arts, or pedagogy.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working with primary school students (preferred)
- Performance skills: Professional-level proficiency in at least one musical instrument.
- Certifications: Additional qualifications or certificates in music education (preferred).
- Legal knowledge: Awareness of children's rights and regulations related to musical activities.
- Applying innovations: Using modern musical methods and technologies in teaching.
- Training and activities: Organizing engaging lessons and social skills training for students.
- Legal knowledge: Understanding the regulatory documents and rules applicable to working with children.
- Psychological preparedness: Ability to approach each student individually and handle classroom stress effectively.
