- Requirements:
- Medical education: Completion of a medical college or technical school, or possession of an equivalent diploma (in nursing).
- Age range: 25-40 years.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working with children.
- Personal qualities:

- Responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
- Curiosity, sincerity, and openness to learning new things.
- Professional skills:
- Primary medical assistance: Ability to provide first aid in cases of injuries, bruises, blood sugar fluctuations, or other urgent situations.
- Hygiene control: Knowledge and practical application of hygiene standards to ensure children's health.
- Medical monitoring: Ability to observe and assess students' general health conditions as required.
- Medication administration: Understanding the proper administration of authorized medications for children.
- Providing daily medical care to students.
- Offering urgent medical assistance in emergencies and calling a doctor if necessary.
- Conducting regular preventive activities to prevent illnesses (e.g., hygiene education sessions).
- Identifying health-related issues and promptly reporting them.
- Maintaining medical records and preparing health-related reports on students.
- Medical certificate: Proof of the nurse’s own health condition.
- Legal knowledge: Familiarity with regulations and guidelines applicable to working with children.
- Psychological readiness: Ability to adopt an individualized approach to each student and demonstrate resilience under stress.
